Textis ("we", "our", "the app") is a word game available on iOS and Android. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and how it is used.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information. We do not require you to create an account.
Textis displays ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device information to serve ads. The app does not track users across other companies' apps or websites.
Where required by law (e.g. in the EU), a consent form (UMP/GDPR) is presented so you can choose whether to allow personalized advertising. If you do not consent, only non-personalized ads are shown.

We do not use analytics, crash reporting, or any other third-party tracking services.
We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties, except as described above (AdMob for advertising, Convex for game data storage).
Your game data is retained on our servers as long as your player profile exists. Since profiles are identified by a device ID with no account, you can effectively reset your data by reinstalling the app.
Textis is a general-audience app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
